Be Her Next: Design Your 2026 Wealth Rhythm (Without Burning Out)
Be Her Next: Designing Your 2026 Wealth Rhythm (without burning out)
Let’s be honest…
You don’t want another year of pushing, scrambling, then collapsing on the sofa wondering where your money’s actually gone.
You want 2026 to feel different with money.
Calmer. More consistent. More you.
Not because you found the “perfect” strategy, but because your entire system – mind, body, nervous system, diary – is actually set up to hold the level of wealth you’re calling in.
That’s what I mean when I talk about Be Her Next and your 2026 Wealth Rhythm. It’s not a cute phrase. It’s about designing the way you relate to money, work and rest, so your next-level income doesn’t cost you your health, family or sanity.
In this blog, I’ll walk you through how to:
Review 2025 without beating yourself up
Decide what you’re keeping, killing and tweaking
Design a simple 90-day wealth rhythm for early 2026
Do all of that in a way your nervous system can actually handle
What “Be Her Next” really means
“New Year, New You” implies you need fixing.
Be Her Next says:
You are already her. You’re just updating the way you:
think about money
treat yourself
structure your business and your week
It’s less: “I’ll become her when I hit £X months.”
And more: “I’m making decisions today as the version of me who already holds that level of money, ease and impact.”
Your wealth rhythm is simply how that version of you:
earns
receives
spends
saves
rests
…on a daily, weekly and 90-day basis.
Why your nervous system matters more than your planner
You can buy the prettiest planner in the world.
If your nervous system associates money with:
pressure
conflict
never having enough
needing to prove yourself
…you will subconsciously cap how much you allow in.
That’s when things like this happen:
You launch… then talk yourself out of actually selling.
You get an enquiry… and you instantly lower the price, because undercharging feels safer than actually standing in your value and selling.
You want to raise your prices… but your chest tightens, so you convince yourself your clients “can’t afford it” and you leave them where they are.
Your body interprets “more money, more clients, more visibility” as more danger, not more freedom.
So before we go anywhere near a 90-day plan, we anchor this:
A sustainable wealth rhythm is regulated, not rushed.
Step 1: Review your 2025 wealth rhythm (without beating yourself up)
Grab a cuppa, a notebook, and a big dose of compassion.
No judgement here – you’re just looking at the facts.
1. How did 2025 actually feel with money?
Jot down a few honest answers:
When you think about money in 2025, what 3 words come up?
How did your body feel most of the time – tight and on edge, or fairly steady?
Did you avoid your bank / bookkeeping, or were you willing to look?
2. What worked – that you’d happily do again?
Think about:
Offers that felt good to sell and deliver
Clients who were a dream to work with
Ways of marketing that felt natural (lives, emails, DMs, reels…)
Any money habits you actually stuck to
These are part of your existing wealth rhythm – the bits we keep and build on.
3. What didn’t work – even if it “looked good” on paper?
Get specific:
Ways you earned money that left you drained or resentful
Pricing that made you feel wobbly or under-appreciated
Launch styles that spiked your anxiety
Patterns like discounting, over-delivering, saying yes when you wanted to say no
These are the things we either kill or radically tweak.
4. What did your nervous system say “no” to?
Ask yourself:
Where did I stall right before something big?
Where did I “get busy” instead of doing the scary-but-important thing?
Where did my body feel like it was slamming on the brakes?
That’s not you “self-sabotaging for fun”.
That’s your nervous system saying, “This doesn’t feel safe or sustainable yet.”
Step 2: Choose your 2026 money word
Now we look ahead.
If 2026 had one core intention for you and money, what would it be?
Some ideas:
Steady – consistent income, no massive spikes then crashes
Spacious – money and time, not money or time
Overflow – more than enough, with room to be generous
Secure – solid foundations, savings, predictable income
Joyful – money connected to pleasure, fun, play
Pick one word that:
feels grounding (not hypey)
makes your shoulders drop a little when you say it out loud
Write it somewhere you’ll see it often. This is the anchor for your 2026 wealth rhythm.
Step 3: Design a simple 90-day wealth rhythm
Instead of planning the entire year in one hit, we work in 90-day periods.
Why? Because your body and brain can actually hold that.
For your first 90 days of 2026, we’re going to focus on three levers:
Your relationship with money
Your income streams and offers
Your nervous system and capacity
1. Money relationship: how you relate to money each week
Ask:
How often will I look at my numbers (realistically)?
What small practices will help my body feel safer with money?
Examples of a weekly rhythm:
10–15 minute “Money Check-In” every Monday
look at bank balances, invoices, expenses
take 3 deep breaths while you do it
One act of respect towards your money each week:
send a reminder invoice
clear an old subscription
move £X into savings
The aim: normalise being with your money, without drama.
2. Income streams: how money flows in
You don’t need 57 offers.
You need a clear way money comes in that your system can actually hold.
For the next 90 days, decide:
Your set of offers (do they genuinely flow together?)
Your minimum monthly income you’re committed to reaching
The 1–3 core actions that actually lead to sales (conversations, lives, emails, etc.)
For example:
Main offer: a money mindset programme
Minimum monthly income goal: £X
Core actions:
2–3 value posts a week
1 live or workshop
3–5 genuine conversations / invites a day
Keep it boringly doable.
3. Nervous system: how you stay regulated
This is the bit most money plans miss.
Ask:
What tends to dysregulate me around money? (launches, bills, unknowns…)
What helps me come back to myself quickly? (breathwork, walks, EFT, journalling…)
Then build those regulators into your rhythm:
2–5 minutes of grounding before you check your bank
A walk or stretch after sales calls or lives
One “nothing in the diary” day every fortnight, minimum
Your wealth rhythm isn’t just what you do – it’s how you recover.
Because you need to be at your best to serve your clients effectively.
Common mistakes that quietly create burnout
When people try to “fix” their money year, they often:
1. Try to change everything at once
Overnight overhaul, 16 new habits, new pricing, new offers…
Your nervous system is like, “Absolutely not.”
We want incremental stretch, not shock.
2. Ignore their body
If your shoulders are up by your ears, your jaw is locked and you haven’t taken a proper breath all day…
No spreadsheet in the world will make your income feel good.
Body first. Strategy second.
3. Make money the enemy
Beating yourself up with:
“I should be earning more by now.”
“I’m terrible with money.”
“Everyone else has figured this out but me.”
…doesn’t make you more responsible. It just piles shame on top of stress.
Money becomes easier to hold when you start relating to it with respect, honesty and curiosity, not punishment.
What this can look like in real life
Imagine this for your first 90 days of 2026:
You know your minimum monthly money needs and your next-level desire.
You have clear offers you’re committed to selling.
Your diary has planned pockets of selling and planned pockets of rest.
You check your money regularly, and instead of a panic spiral, you have a simple “regulate and respond” process.
You can feel yourself slowly becoming the person who can hold more – without needing to hustle harder.
That’s your wealth rhythm beginning to work for you.
