Why is this course over 5 weeks?

Shadow work is a profound and often intense process that requires time and reflection. By spreading the course over five weeks, we ensure that you have the space to absorb, practice, and integrate each lesson thoroughly. This gradual approach helps facilitate lasting transformation and allows you to build sustainable habits.

How do I access the course?

Does this include coaching?

This is a self-guided course, which means you're not totally on your own. You get to do it at your own pace, like a self-study course... AND you get support in the my exclusive client only group, where I answer questions and do Q&As sessions. Plus you get to network with some fantastic ladies all with the same aspirations!

How long do I get access to the course?

You get lifetime access! I'd love you to use it on repeat, because it's a course that will keep giving! Mindset is like an onion with many layers and as you will see in some of the videos, I hit some things that are relevant to me, despite all the work I have already done on the subject.

Do I have to join your Client Group?

Absolutely not! But I would suggest you do, as I can then answer any questions you have and give you support along the way! And the other ladies in there are really supportive too... not scary, honestly!
