I met Sam when we were both doing another course. I loved her energy and she always helped with great ideas on how to move forward. So, when the course finished, I continued to follow her. I think I realised I wanted/needed to work with her and I was right. I’ve worked in all different ways with her. I’ve invested in her course, her workshops and also worked with her one to one and as a result I have got so much out of it. I love how Sam has lived the journey I am on. "I've been working with Sam for only a few months now but have been on the side lines of her group for a little longer. I admit I was a tough nut to crack for Sam, I let fear block me and I kept saying 'no'. Sam persevered in a non-pushy way, a way where I felt my needs were met and I felt seen and heard.
Sam unlocked something in me - she has a gift where she can see things other people can't, she can ask questions that are politely probing to get you to think, explore and analyse.
Consequently, I'm now intentional with my (small) windows of time, I've got clarity in my goals, steps to achieve them and timescales. I've got consistency in what I'm doing, how I'm being visible which for me isn't always on social media as that's not where 'my people' are. I've also got confidence because I'm getting asked to do things, speak at things, attend meetings that are opening golden opportunities for me.
Sam gave me the confidence to say yes and think about the details later. I still have wobbles but it's because I want to deliver top quality services. Whenever I have a wobble though I know that Sam is in my virtual corner cheering me on.
I can honestly say, my business would not be where it is today if it wasn't for Sam, her gentle coaching and accountability have rocketed me and my business and I'm looking forward to working with her more this year.
